Rubio is in the midst of a record setting long duration science mission living and working aboard the microgravity laboratory to advance scientific knowledge and demonstrate new technologies. When Rubio returns to Earth on Sept. 27 he will have spent a total of 371 days in space—the longest single spaceflight by a U.S. astronaut.
