Lake District Hidden Gems (what to do in the Lake District UK)

We sat out to find a real hidden gem in the Lake District: Mosedale Viaduct - a bridge for a now-abandoned train line with twelve stone arches. We saw it from above and below and got some stunning drone shots of the Lake District! We went to Keswick to pick up some sandwiches from the delicious Jan’s Lakeland Sandwich Shop before finishing our day at Surprise View for an incredible view over Derwentwater. 4/11/20
