Lviv region: AFU officer/maddened thug physically abuses and mistreats a man

This happened in Ukrainian military enlistment office in the Lviv region.This case also has a further development of events.
Ukrainian Law enforcement officers detained the deputy head of one of the Sambir military enlistment office in the Lviv region, as well as a military driver who starved and tortured a man so that he would voluntarily pass a medical examination, reports the State Bureau of Investigation.
"The defendants held the victim in the military registration and enlistment office since September 12."
