To mark the 10-year anniversary of China’s Belt and Road Initiative, Beijing will host a forum next month. Before that, reporter Cindy Sui asked participants at the Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong what they thought of a competing initiative designed to connect India, the Middle East, and Europe.
