Homeless camp RV on fire 🔥 City tried to tow it but it burned down instead (Sacramento)

These people and tons of others on this street have been a problem for months. They get ticketed and told to move but they come back a week later. This time the city got serious and brought out the big tow truck. Within a minute of the tow truck being hooked up it started to smoke. Then after that it all went up...at least this one wont be back.
