"Revamp Your Diet: Transforming Your Eating Habits for a Healthier You!"

This recipe is also good, if you like rolls and sushi, but not good at wrapping 😂
Ingredients:
◾50g of salmon
◾1/4 avocado
◾5 tbsp of cooked quinoa
◾3 tbsp of Philadelphia cheese
◾Soy sauce
◾Cucumber (optional)
🧑🏻🍳 Process:
1. Boil quinoa for ~10 mins
2. In parallel cut avocado
3. Prep salmon, I used half ready, you can use fresh salmon, if you have good quality fish available
4. Use a baking ring or a cup to form your ‘cake’
5. Start adding layers: quinoa, cheese, salmon, avocado, cucumber, quinoa
6. Remove the ring and add soy sauce
⚡️In this recipe I use quinoa instead of regular rice, bc there are no fiber in white rice. And wee need for gut health, glucose level balance and feeling of satiety
