Today I visited the Pilaf Center in Uzbekistan where the most giant plov is cooked. Pilaf is the most popular street food in Uzbekistan.
Many types of pilaf are prepared here, but the giant wedding pilaf is considered the most famous, as more than 3000 kg of pilaf are cooked per day.
