A Seven Layer "Sconnie" Salad

If you're going to a party or picnic, you could bring a classic 7 layer salad. But why not add a little Wisconsin flare to this staple?! And check out the recipe below: Seven Layer Sconnie Salad (The Bucky) Ingredients SALAD: 6 Usinger pre-cooked white Brats, sliced and quartered 6 slices of Applewood Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped 3 medium size Avocados, square chop 8 ounces, Grated Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese, 2 heads Iceberg Lettuce, chopped 8 ounces Spinach, wash and dry 9 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped 4 whole Tomatoes (on the vine), Chopped 1 bag (10 Ounce) Frozen Sweet Peas, Partially Thawed Salt And Pepper DRESSING: 1/2 cup Mayo 1/2 cup Sour Cream 1 Tablespoon Sugar Instructions: In a clear glass bowl, layer salad ingredients as follows: Lettuce, spinach, eggs, bacon, avocado, brats, tomatoes, peas, dressing, Himalayan salt to garnish. Also focus ingredients around the outside of the bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour over the top of the peas and spread to cover, bringing dressing all the way out to the edges of the bowl. Sprinkle with Himalayan salt. Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Combine well before serving. *Add grilled shrimp for a RAD option!
