In Honor of Dr. Al Danenberg – Supporting a Cancer Diagnosis. The Importance of the Mouth and Gut

I learned not too long ago that Dr. Al Danenberg, who was a Holistic Periodontist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, passed away on August 2nd from post-COVID-19 complications from multiple myeloma.Show more

Last year, Dr. Danenberg had privately messaged me that his cancer had come back, but that it was not stopping him from his advocacy.

I was very happy to know he was well enough to be part of the Carnivore Summit. As a tribute for his work and advocacy, we’re sharing his interview publicly on our channel. He also graciously shared freebies for the Summit. We want his work to be shared far and wide and they have been added to the Resources section below.

Dr. Danenberg's passion for periodontics in general — and for the LANAP protocol combined with his emphasis on evolutionary nutrition in particular — is palpable. He gave seminars regarding the cutting-edge concepts of nutrition and laser treatment to the general public and was happy to spread the word among his fellow professionals. He was a member of many dental and periodontal organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
