Emergency Responders Rescue Trafficking Victim In Restraints

Info from Licensor: "On August 16, 2023, I captured a video of a woman screaming for help through a window. She had burst out of the second story of a house across the street from me. The woman was chained by the neck and asking for help 'before he gets back.' Within a few minutes, the police arrived. They tried to kick in the front door, but all doors and windows on the first floor were barricaded. Officers found a ladder climb to the second floor and attempted to offer assistance. Within a few minutes, the fire department showed up using special tools and skills to break open the front door for the officers. They came down with the lady still chained by the neck, but the bolt free of the door. Then the fire department used a pair of bolt cutters to cut the padlock, freeing the woman from her chain."
