Elections in Kherson - NovoRussia from 8-10 September 2023

Historic elections in the new regions of Russia were held from September 8 to 10, 2023. I was an International Observer for the Netherlands and watched the elections for three days, went to various polling stations and checked whether the elections were democratic and fair.
