Viennese Christmas, Op. 17 (2014)

This was the second orchestal piece I wrote for the annual University of Idaho Holiday Concert, this time in 2014.

It is basically an attempt to distill a full Mozart-style piano concerto into a mere four minutes, with simple, easy-to-learn parts without sacrificing any essential qualities. Recommended for youth orchestras as an introduction to the Classical period concerto.
