Welcome to Day 262, September 19th, 2023. We read the command to rebuild the Temple of the Lord. Once heard, the people respond to the Lord's command to resume construction on the temple. The Coming Glory of the Lord to the New Temple to be built is prophesied. Blessings are given to the defiled people. Zerubbabel is chosen to be a signet ring of the Lord. This book occurs during Ezra 5. This marks the beginning and the end of the Book of Haggai.
