TCU acata representação contra Live semanal de Lula!
O Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU) acatou uma representação contra as lives semanais de Lula (PT), “Conversa com o Presidente“, parcialmente.
Segundo o TCU, essa forma de publicidade, centrada na autopromoção pessoal, fere o princípio da impessoalidade.
A decisão do tribunal foi assinada pelo o auditor Federal de Controle Externo do TCU, Walisson Alan Correia de Almeida, e atende a ação movida pelo deputado Luiz Philippe de Orleans e Bragança (PL-SP).
