RECIPE:

Ingredients:

• Boneless Chicken Cubes 500g
• Water 2-3 cups
• Salt 1 tsp
• Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
• Cinnamon stick 2-3 small
• Clove 2-3 small
• Potatoes 2-3 small
• Mozzarella Cheese
• Coriander Leaves
• Mayonnaise 1-1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Black Pepper 1 tsp
• Egg 2 no
• Bread Crumbs
• Cooking oil 2-3 tbsp

Directions:

1) Take boneless chicken cubes in cooking pot, add water, salt, ginger garlic paste, cinnamon stick and cloves then mix them well. Cover cook until chicken is ready and water is dry. Then put chicken set aside for cool down.
2) Shred the chicken pieces finely add boiled mashed potatoes, Mozzarella Cheese, fresh finely chopped coriander leaves, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper. Then mix them well with hand.
3) Add 1 egg and mix well again. Then make your desired shapes of kebabs.
4) Take cooking oil in frying pan and pan fry kebab until ready and golden brown.
