An Azov* militant, Andrey Nayden, revealed to RT filmmaker Olga Kiry that he killed civilians in Mariupol in 2022. ‘We saw two men. They were unarmed. We opened fire on them.’

His interview was filmed in a Russian prison. He was sentenced right after his surrender at the Azovstal steelworks. His hometown is in the Donetsk region. He is well aware that Donbass has been living in constant fear of Ukrainian shelling since 2014. However, Nayden made his choice and joined the neo-Nazis. Azov* promised to pay him 20,000 hryvnias (about $542).
