Studying 2.0: Homework apps, websites for parents to help your kid through the school year

Homework is a hot issue this school season, as more and more school systems debate eliminating the after-school scourge. Tampa Bay schools aren’t there quite yet (Manatee is considering), but many area teachers are tweaking old-fashioned homework rules, saying no to “busy work” and focusing on student enrichment. All of this is good news for busy stressed-out parents –- as are many new apps and websites helping with “new math”.
