Dealing with Ulez; our taxes were misappropriated.

Tax payers money was misused to install ulez cameras. The People did not consent. The Bill of Rights 1688 provides that
The People are Governed by Consent
That nothing can be done to Prejudice (harm) the People
The Law is the Peoples Birth right.
