Justin Bieber's "Believe" world tour hit a minor snag in Dubai last night after a crazed fan tried to attack the Bieb during his performance. It was hard to tell whether the fan was trying to attack Bieber or hump him from behind. The young man was quickly apprehended by Bieber's security, but not before they toppled over the piano Bieber was playing. The fan was dragged out by his arms while an alarmed Bieber watched.
