Pakistan is losing 27,000 hectares of forests every year resulting into a substantial increase in temperature while causing adverse effects.
Current annual CO2 emissions are 1 Metric Ton/Capita (217 MMT total in 2020)
Climate-Smart Forestry (CSF) is a targeted approach or strategy to increase the climate benefits from forests and the forest sector, in a way that creates synergies with other needs related to forests.
