Dash-cam video catches dog being abandoned outside of car

TAMPA, Fla. - Hillsborough County Pet Resources is investigating a Monday evening incident where a driver appears to dump a dog onto a Tampa street and drive away. Dash-cam video captured the car pulling over, opening the door, letting a dog out and driving away. The incident happened at North Blvd. off of Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd in Tampa.
