Chicken Karahi is a popular Pakistani dish made with chicken, tomatoes, onions, and a blend of spices.

Here's a simple recipe for Chicken Karahi:

Ingredients:
- 1kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tomatoes, puree
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3-4 green chilies, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

Heat oil in a karahi or large pan over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and cook until they become golden brown.

Add the ginger and garlic paste and cook for another minute.

Add the chicken pieces to the karahi and cook until they turn golden brown on all sides.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Stir well to combine all the spices.

Cover the karahi and let the chicken cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until it's tender and the flavors have melded together.

Add the sliced green chilies and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
