Man arraigned on charge of attempted kidnapping

Monday Hobert Jones Jr., 51-years-old, was arraigned on a charge of Attempt Kidnapping, which is a five year felony. In February of 2017 an 11-year-old girl reported that someone attempted to grab her after telling her to come to his apartment.
