Version 2 | 4 Hz PURE THETA WAVES with Frequency Shifts - Read description before using ⚡️

4 Hz PURE THETA WAVES Version 2 w/ White Noise and Nature sounds.

**This is the same concept as the video I posted last night, read the description below- but I have added White Noise and Nature Sounds, to maintain a constant level.
I also find something special about white noise, almost like it opens the brain up more- I am not sure if that is true but the white noise spans the full frequency spectrum, so it would make sense that it is stimulating different areas of the brain.

This is an experimental track made for visionary states like lucid dreams and OBE- it is 3 hours of pure 4 Hz Theta waves, but around every 5 minutes the tone frequency changes but it's still 4 cycles per second throughout. Starting High to Low, then Low back up, there are 4 frequency shifts per round. This is to keep you aware throughout the whole meditation. I started the track at the highest frequency so you can set the volume correctly. I recommend medium to low volume. Once the track reaches the lower frequencies it may seem quieter, but try not to adjust the volume. Let me know your experiences in the comments. Thank you for listening! :)
