Hurricane Erin - Sept 1 - Sept 13, 2001 - Animation of the Path

It has been pointed out the following: "It's interesting that there have been 5 hurricanes [one a tropical storm] named Erin when most names appear only once or twice as hurricanes. When you do a search for "hurricane Erin", the first link that comes up is the 1995 version, and many links later you may find a reference to Dr Judy - so presumably the matter can be dismissed by association or something. I believe naming 5 storms Erin was intended to muddy the waters and bury the 2001 storm in confusion ... the last Erin was in 2013! It would not be surprising if storms will continue to be named Erin for a long while."
