Ingredients:
3 large russet potatoes
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp italian herbs
1 egg
1/2tsp cumin powder
Vegetable oil for fryingFresh parsley for garnish (optional)

boil potato cubes with 1tsp salt and 1/4 tsp yellow food colour

Instructions:
Prepare the Potatoes: Peel the potatoes boil with salt and food colour
: In a bowl, toss the potato sticks with cornstarch until they're well coated.Season: Sprinkle paprika, g, salt, and black peppe egg,,herbs,chillili powder over the potato sticks. Toss to ensure even seasoning.Heat the Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pan to 350°F (175°C).Fry: Carefully add the potato sticks to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
