Board Chair Sarah Beth Wyatt explaining in the clip that the content violates FCC Standards. From the FCC "Broadcasting obscene content is prohibited by law at all times of the day. Indecent and profane content are prohibited on broadcast TV and radio between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., when there is a reasonable risk that children may be in the audience." Polk Schools were so concerned to content violates decency standards that they had to blur the speakers mouths as well as censor the content read.

How is this content available for minor children in a Public School if it has to be censored by both YouTube and the FCC?
