One day, I just felt the need to write it out. I knew I needed to work through what was happening inside me mentally and emotionally, and writing it out was the only way I knew how.

I poured everything out on paper...and major change happened. I felt compelled to live more simply, and to enjoy the small, seemingly insignificant things in life.

Suddenly, my life had more purpose and passion behind it, and I knew what I wanted to do and pursue!
