Howling: New Moon Rising, aka: Howling: Mystery Woman, aka Howling VII, is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. It's a hilarious mess of a movie that has virtually nothing to do with werewolves. The acting is terrible. The effects are laughable. The music is... sadly the best part. The Howling franchise has hit rock bottom with Howling 7. I can't think of anything worse.
