Veritas Community Update: New Phase Release and Unique Home Site Options

Welcome to our latest Veritas Community update! In this video, we're excited to share some important developments about our community in Panama. Normally, we build in phases to create a sense of community and neighborliness. However, Veritas has garnered tremendous popularity, resulting in a substantial waiting list.

We're pleased to announce that in the fall of 2023, around October or November, we anticipate receiving the necessary environmental permitting, allowing us to commence home construction promptly. Homes typically take between six months to a year to build.

But what sets Veritas apart? In this community, we've reserved over 50% of the land for orchards, gardens, green spaces, stables, and areas for self-sufficiency and growth. Home site options range from spacious over one-acre plots to nearly two-acre lifestyle farms.
