HOW I GAINED 5KG MUSCLE MASS IN A MONTH. BODY TRANSFORMATION

I want to share my one month workout transformation before I got achilles rupture. After 2 month now I am being able to slowly walk again. And planning to come back to workouts again. I have put a goal to gain +15KG in 6month naturally. 3month passed. I have gone through surgery and lost significant amount of gains again dropped from 65KG to 62KG.
In the future I will upload my workouts to journal it to show how natural weigh gain approach must be different that pseudo influencers approach who claim they workout naturally but in reality 99% of them are liars.

I had times when I followed these so called "natty" influencers workouts before I started to educate myself in fitness. Those times I didn't have significant gains and caught a lot of injuries because naturally it's impossible to reach those goals which these "NATTY' influencers promote.

SO FOR THE FUTURE WORKOUTS MAKE NOTES TO GAIN WEIGHT:
1) You have to pay attention to your nutrition extremely serious if you want to gain (more low glycemic index carbs daytime/more protein and healthy fats at the evening time)
2) Heavy workouts have to only 2 or maximum 3 times a week (but has to include heavy compound moves 10000% and must include bigger muscle group as more as possible)
3) Increase your strength on compound moves rather than isolated exercises
4) Add cardio and mobility workouts in your recovery days (these workouts increase your recovery process and joint strength, elasticity)
5) Include more range of motion in your workouts by adding rotational exercises in order to stay functional
6) Consume blood thinner products such as ginger, ginkgo biloba, turmeric...
