GoPro HERO4 Session: Is it Worth It? (Review)

I check out the HERO4 Session which GoPro says is "50% smaller and 40% lighter than other HERO4 models". The GoPro Hero4 Session (GoPro Mini) records up to 1080p60 video and takes 8MP stills. The Session definitely sounds good but at the $400 price tag, is it worth it?
