"Delight in a Bowl: Heavenly Sweet Corn Soup That Will Warm Your Heart"

This is one of my favourite soups. Super comforting and comes together so quickly. Give it a try and let me know if you like it 🥰

* Blend 1/2 cup Sweet Corn with some water into a smooth purée.
* Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a pan along with a tbsp of Butter. Add 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic & sauté on low heat.
* Then add 1/2 cup Sweet Corn along with 1/4 cup Carrots, 1/4 cup Capsicum, and 1/4 cup Beans.
* Sauté on low heat for a minute.
* Then add the prepared sweet corn purée and mix.
* Also, add 2 cups of Hot veg stock or hot water. And mix well. Let the mixture boil.
* Season with salt & pepper and mix.
* Add cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp Cornstarch + 4 tbsp water) and mix well.
* Lastly add some chopped spring onion and mix.
* Serve hot & enjoy!
