Jeep TJ - Heater and Parking Brake Diagnosis - DEFEATED

As of the end of this video I had replaced the relay for the blower motor, ensured that the blower motor was good by bench testing, and just generally checking power. At this point I think the problem is the heater controls, so I order that and a resistor from Amazon.

Also, the parking brake adjustor was seized, so instead of cursing at that for hours, I ordered one of those on Amazon too. (Links below)
