How do You Deal With Losses as a Trader?

Everybody has losses in their trading career, even I still have losses.
I deal with them by focusing on trading with my rules. I do this by keeping a trading log, checking to see if I made any mistakes within my trades, as long as I stick to my trading system, I consider it a good loss since I kept my rules.
