Here’s what you need: (for 6 rolls)
200g low fat paneer cubes
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
50ml coconut milk

Mix well and cook the paneer for 5 minutes on medium heat with 1 tsp oil

Take a chapati: add 30g of the low fat paneer mixture, fresh tomato, diced or sliced onions, bell peppers and squeeze a lime and Enjoy!
