Think of them as portable baked oats - just so good to have on hand for busy mornings. I like to deck them out in a yog bowl, or just grab them for a quick snack on the go 🫡

Ingredients for this batch of 10 cookies:
▫️ 3 bananas
▫️ 90g protein powder
▫️ Water to mix the protein powder into a thick paste (you’ll need extra if you use vegan protein!)
▫️ 160g oats
▫️ 1 tsp baking powder
▫️ Dark choc chips

Shape into circles on a lined tray - bake for 10-12 mins at 180 degrees and that is literally it! ENJOY 🤍
