Living In Italy on Lockdown - Message from an American Abroad

My name is Rafael Di Furia... and I'm living in Italy on lockdown.
It was not what I thought it would be like when first contemplating the possibility of a lockdown here just before it came into effect. My fear was that if it would happen in Italy, it could also happen in my birth country... In my videos that I've been posting on youtube, I've been trying to share what's happening here in Italy so that at least a few people might be able to prepare for a potential situation in their own country, at least if only mentally by sharing my perspective as an American living in Italy. Given that the US has now surpassed Italy in the total number of cases of the coronavirus, I wanted to share another message to those of you back in the United States. I pray that this ends as soon as possible. Waking up to the realities of the situation has not been something I'd like to remember...
I'm an American expat in Italy and this is my "message in a bottle" from Italy under lockdown.....
