Angry man yells at me cuz he ran over my skateboard on purpose

This man saw me fall on my face waited for my skateboard to stop and bc cuz it stop in front of him he decided to hit my board. I proceeded to follow the car cuz maybe he didn’t know or saw what he did he then immediately got out his car ready to fight me for whatever reason.
