Coltt Winter Lepley origionaly from Bedford PA is an Appalachian folk singer, songwriter, poet, author, and folklorist. He is also a retired race car driver. He is originally from Bedford, Pennsylvania. He is currently an MFA candidate at Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.

You can find his music on his YouTube channel, Coltt Winter Lepley music. Some of his songs include “Crack Cocaine” and “Doves and Pine Boxes”.
Coltt has been described as “Bedford's Own Poet Laureate” and “A young songwriter with chops well beyond his years” by Pennsylvania Musician Magazine.
