Hey friends, today we're wrapping up the garden for the season and seeing how the harvest of our potatoes is. We talk about our wins and our misses and things we want to do differently next year.

On Our Forest Homestead, we are building an off grid homestead from scratch in Nipissing Ontario, growing zone 4b. We will be building a house, and garden, shop/barn, and getting more animals. All while learning and growing along the way. Our goal is to grow an entire Christmas dinner, and as many other meals from scratch as possible, on our little piece of paradise. Come along.
