Letter : Dear Deep Fried Konvo,
I am choosing not to reveal my identity because I just don't want to start
any drama just yet. This situation weighs heavily on my conscience.
My friend is getting married in the very near future. I don't want to give
the date out because I think it will be noticeable but anyway my friend is
getting married very soon and she loves her fiancé with all of her heart.
They have been together for a few years now and I admit I think they are
a great couple together. The issue I am having is I saw her fiancé with
another woman.
All of my friends are not in the same circle. I have different groups of
friends just to kinda paint a picture. Anyway, I was with my friends, and
we were hanging out at a pretty nice restaurant. Where we were sitting,
I had a clear view of the bar. So, as I am sitting there having a great time
with my friend I see, let's just call him Mr. Good guy take a seat at the bar.
My first instinct was to get up and go greet him, but something told me
not to. After a few minutes I saw him just sitting at the bar. I am thinking
ok cool probably just stopped to have a drink. I go back to enjoying my
night having girl talk with my other friends and I look at the bar again and
this time I see a woman greeting him with a hug. I noticed the girl to be
his cousin. I met her one time when he had his birthday at a club.
I am thinking to myself oh that’s what’s up a lil cousin time. My cousins
are my best friends so I get it. Fast forward I am leaving the restaurant
and I get in my car and I sat there briefly looking through my texts ( just
habit of mines) I look up and I see Mr Good Guy kissing his cousin and
grippin her ass before she gets in her car. I am shooked after seeing this.
I felt like I saw my damn man. My friend and I have known each other for
over 10 years. She is like my sister at this point to be honest. I have no
idea what to do because I don’t want this to turn around on me because 1
waited to tell her but on the other hand, I know this could possibly end
their relationship and wedding. I don't want my friend to marry a liar and
a cheater. I never confronted her man or the cousin that night and I feel
guilty. Please help.
