Police intervene after Secretary of Energy sent staff to occupy EV charger with gas powered vehicle
Joe Biden’s secretary of energy, Jennifer Granholm had an interesting four day adventure while trying to promote Biden’s push for green energy and clean cars.
During the trip, the police were called because the secretary ran into a massive problem. There was not enough charging stations along the way so she sent energy department staffers to preoccupied charging stations so when she would arrive at her destination, she could just pull in charge her vehicle, and be on her way.
The problem is that the staffer who is tasked with wrongfully, holding the charging spot, was driving a gas powered vehicle.
Once rightfully disgruntled, electric vehicle drivers noticed that there was a non-electric vehicle occupying the charging station they called the police.
