In this video our trainees run a course of fire that begins with shooting at falling plates.
Traditionally this type of setup consists of heavy steel plates mounted on a sturdy steel frame.
In this modern version the plates are made of a lightweight plastic that allows the bullets to pass through them and then the holes heal up by themselves.
The big benefit is you can haul these around easily as they are relatively small and not too heavy.
