BOB XL Hook Punch Knockout (270 lbs/120 kg dummy)

It is a feat in Martial Arts to kick down a BOB XL by Century Martial Arts (Not a push.), since it weights 270 lbs/120 kg full of water in its barrel base. But now it gets knocked down by a hook punch. Think how much power that takes... (Hook has less follow through than straight punch thus smaller impulse force*time or momentum mass*velocity but hook has higher top speed thus more explosiveness or kinetic energy.) On Youtube there is only one person knocking down full of water with hook (me). For comparison Conor Mcgregor can do it empty. Few can do it with a straight cross, I do that also in the video.
