Cosmic Fury Wasn't Supposed To Happen? A Power Rangers Reboot Project Was Shelved? PR Future Update!

Thanks to our friends over at The Illuminerdi, we have an exciting update about the future of Power Rangers. After 30 years of consistent new teams debuting (besides 2010), it seems like we are taking a break after Cosmic Fury. However, there is hope for Jonathan Entwistle's Power Rangers reboot to be released in 2025. Despite various setbacks such as Hasbro's shelving of a reboot project, production discontinuation in New Zealand, Hasbro selling EOne, and ongoing strikes, the reboot is still in the works. In a recent interview, showrunner Simon Bennett revealed that Hasbro's main interest has always been Entwistle's Young Adult series, which aims to be a sophisticated reboot for an older audience, independent of the established canon. This development has been slow, hence the release of Dino Fury season 2 and Cosmic Fury. But now, with a possible 2025 release date, Power Rangers fans can't wait to see what new adventures await them in this highly-anticipated reboot. What are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments!
