This salad is nothing but comfort on a plate. A recipe inspired from a Bengali delicacy called Aloo choka. It’s so easy to make and super delicious.

Recipe ( serves 2 )
450g baby potatoes
2-3 hard boiled eggs
1 onion
1 tsp coriander chopped
1 tbsp mustard oil
1-2 tbsp mustard sauce / honey mustard sauce
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt as per taste
1/2 lime squeezed

Start by Chopping and boiling baby potatoes with some salt. Peel hard-boiled eggs and chopped them into small pieces. For the dressing mix together, mustard oil, mustard sauce, chilli flakes and salt. Into a bowl add the boiled potatoes, eggs, onions, chopped coriander leaves, the salad dressing and some lime. Now Mix everything well and enjoy.
