I have heard about this hack before and I wanted to give it a try and let you all know my opinion on it. I really love this Elf Cosmetics eyeliner but it might be better to use a different eyeliner for this hack because the eyeliner dries reaaally quickly! After applying it on the back of my hand and then dipping the bobby pin in the eyeliner it was almost already dry. So you might wanna use a eyeliner product that doesn't dry as quick. Doesn't matter if you use a liquid or a gel! Do what works for you.
