This is my Monday Market Update featuring our predictions on what interest rates will do! Stocks are lower and Mortgae Bonds are higher to start the week! Inflation has been a persistent issue, with some analysts saying that we may reach peak inflation soon. We feel that we won't truly see peak inflation until the September reading, which we will not get until October.

China has locked down Shanghai, where there is a ton of ships in a holding pattern, waiting to be offloaded. This is adding to the supply chain issues we are facing, but should hopefully be cleared up by later this year by October and also aid in reducing global inflation. There are now fears of a Beijing shutdown - which would lower inflation as they are consumer less energy and goods and bonds are responding to the upside.

Overall, we feel that inflation, and interest rates in turn, should start to move lower around October and into the end of the year. There is also a potential for a recession on the horizon, which always causes interest rates to drop sharply!

We actually use Bombbomb videos to explain your loan options with a screenshare, SAME on pre-approvals so that the seller accepts YOUR offer and we use them to explain your disclosures as well as most updates.

I ALSO believe that value is in providing options such as 3 rate options for the same product. What do I mean? For example, a fee sheet with a par 30 year fixed rate. Another fee sheet with a 1 point cost buy down. Another fee sheet with a 2 point cost buy down.
