Change of base - Uganda to shift her embassy from Khartoum to port Sudan

Uganda is set to reopen its embassy in Sudan, but this time it will be in port Sudan due to the situation in the capital, Khartoum.
Uganda’s Ambassador to Sudan, Dr. Rashid Yahaya Semuddu, said 18 countries have already opened their embassies in the war-torn country, and Uganda government officials will be paying an assessment visit to the embassy location. 
Meanwhile, the Islamic University in Uganda- IUIU has signed an agreement with the International University of Africa for their war-affected students to study in Uganda.
